Recently, Giants Software released a new game trailer on the official Farming Simulator YouTube channel. In it, we were shown fields and new crops, as well as beautiful views of the new maps that await us soon when the game is released.

Let’s take a closer look at what exactly was featured in this short promo video.

25 Crops

Yes, imagine that the game will offer a total of 25 crops for cultivation. This also includes new crops we mentioned earlier, such as rice, spinach, peas, and beans.

Of course, we shouldn’t expect all 25 crops to be brand new. The developers mean that this is the total number of plants, including the new additions. Nevertheless, it’s still quite impressive.

New Equipment  in FS25 - 400+ New Machines

What's also interesting is the large amount of new equipment shown in the trailer—tractors, harvesters, trucks, and various other farming machines. The game will feature more than 400 new types of machinery and vehicles.

We’ve already reviewed some of the new equipment announced by Giants Software for Farming Simulator 25. The developers also revealed that FS25 will feature 150 equipment brands. This includes both well-known manufacturers from previous games and new brands that will be exclusive to this edition of the simulator.

8 Types of Farm Animals

The developers stated that there will be eight types of animals in the game. Among them, we already know that new domestic animals like goats and water buffalo will be introduced.

The trailer also showed baby animals, which means players will be able to raise animals on their farms.

Seasonal Changes and Weather Conditions

If you've been following news on FS25Planet.com, you’re probably aware that the game will feature new weather mechanics—tornadoes, thunderstorms, and twisters that will destroy everything in their path and reduce the crop yield in the fields.

Another exciting addition is new seasonal conditions.

 

In winter, there will be snow and cold weather, in autumn it will be rainy and gloomy, while in spring and summer, everything will bloom and turn green.

3 New Maps

Farming Simulator 25 also promises to delight us with three new unique maps: RiverBend Springs, Hutan Pantai, and another map that Giants have yet to reveal to the community.
