The ZM Ursus company in Poland manufactured the tractor from 1984 to 2009 after it was created at the Polish-Czechoslovak Research and Development Center for Tractors in Brno.
4857 copies were produced. Many of them continue to work on Polish farms, and fewer of them are employed in many other nations.
