Hi there, here is Nietwerder, my second map, which you may download. Situated in the picturesque Oberpriegnitz, Nietwerder is a nearby town to Neuruppin, Gildenhall, and Alt Ruppin. Part of the Lindenzentrum is also constructed atop it. The streets and elevation model are based on the actual model. There would only be 10 fields on the map if I had laid out the fields according to the actual model. There are 51 fields, a four-part farm, and six more pastures available for purchase. Wuthenow's BGA is also constructed, although it is not at the proper location since it would not be seen on the map otherwise. Since the original region was primarily used for cattle raising and energy generation, there is no sawmill and the trees cannot be purchased or felled. There are four sections to the property. The farmhouse, three car sheds, a bale storage shed, a vegetable bed, a tower silo for drying and ensiling grass (which needs gasoline), free-range poultry, and a farm dog are all included in the first section. You purchase a cowshed, an additional car shed, and a silo to store your crop with the second section. A car shed, a workshop, a farm gas station, two more bale and pallet storage sections, a small drive-in silo, and my multi-production area—where you can make fuel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, compost, mineral feed, TMR, and pig feed—are all included in the third section. You purchase four more cowsheds with the fourth section. Two additional cowsheds, two sheep/goat pastures, two chicken coops, a pigsty, and a horse stable are scattered around the map. Nearly every manufacturing facility and sales location has gates with hours of operation. You can end yourself standing in front of locked doors if you don't pay attention to the signs at the manufacturing facilities and sales outlets. Due to ongoing issues with the driving ranch, the train on the map is still only a decorative element. The train will move over the map as decoration until I figure this out. These days, the railroad silo serves as both a buying and a sales station. Electricity is necessary for all productions, with the exception of towering silos and multi-productions.
AD courses are loaded when the map is initially launched and are saved for all AD users. Clicking NO will make the courses I've specified accessible if you're asked whether AD should compute courses.

-Polypropylene greenhouses are a little higher for easier access to triggers.
-The Manure Distance problem that arose with the most recent Giants update has been fixed.
Unfortunately, increasing the greenhouses in the editor necessitates a fresh save game.
V1.0.5 Additional actions I've taken:
– made a new PDA map; added a nursery in Nietwerder with greenhouses and orange tree plantations (thanks to Tamara von Graf), as well as a water tower for water drawing; added orange pallets; added orange pallets for sale; removed the fence at field 11 since it is no longer a meadow; widened the access roads in the fences near the meadows for AD; the map is PF-ready because it has its own soil map; sadly, a new save game is required one last time because of the terrain and painting.

Triticale, mustard, rye, and spelt are used for threshing.

It is possible to turn mustard into Nietwerder medium.-jars of spicy mustard at the canning plant
-In a mill, rye and spelt may be turned into flour.

The following have been added: 14 paintable textures that may be painted in-game; ducks
These days, ducks may be housed in chicken coops, which produce eggs.

To prevent it from mixing with the cowshed, the storage radius of the farm silo was lowered. The fill capacity of the farm silo was raised.

What has been accomplished: The train may now be sold. The driving range's issues have been fixed.
It is now possible to load onto the train using the revived train silo.
To provide open space and keep trees from encroaching on the train, the railway line has been significantly altered and trees have been relocated.

Hello, I am offering you my second map, Nietwerder, for download. Nietwerder is located in the beautiful Oberpriegnitz and is a neighboring town of Neuruppin, Gildenhall and Alt Ruppin. The Lindenzentrum is also partially built on. The elevation model and the streets are based on the real model. I did not lay out the fields based on the real model because otherwise there would only be ten fields on the map. There are 51 fields, a farm that is divided into four parts and six further pastures that you can buy. The BGA of Wuthenow is also built on but not in its correct position because otherwise it would no longer be on the map. There is no sawmill and the forests cannot be bought or felled because the original area mainly focuses on cattle breeding and electricity production. The farm is divided into four parts. With the first part you buy the farmhouse, three vehicle sheds, a bale storage shed, a bed where you can grow vegetables, a tower silo for drying and ensiling grass (requires diesel), free-range chickens and the farm dog. With the second part you buy another vehicle shed, a cowshed and the silo for storing your harvest. With the third part you buy a vehicle shed, a workshop, a farm petrol station, two more bale and pallet storage areas, a small drive-in silo and my multi-production area in which you can produce diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, compost, mineral feed, TMR and pig feed. With the fourth part you buy four more cowsheds. Spread across the map you will find two more cowsheds, two sheep/goat pastures, two chicken coops, a pigsty and a horse stable. Almost all sales outlets and production facilities have gates with opening times. Pay attention to the signs at the production facilities and sales outlets, otherwise you may find yourself standing in front of closed doors. The train on the map is currently still used as decoration because there are still problems with the driving ranch. Until I can resolve this, the train will travel through the map as decoration. The train silo is currently a sales station and a purchasing station. All productions except the high silo and the multi-production require electricity to produce.
For all those who use AD, AD courses are stored in the map and are loaded when the map is first started. If you are asked whether AD should calculate courses, click NO and the courses I have set will be available.
