This mod removes the limitations of Landscaping Tools, allowing you to draw, terraform and place trees anywhere on the map, even if you don't own the land. You can also modify areas with objects or roads, removing bugs and uneven terrain, such as pits near the boards.

Features for multiplayer:

• Only the host or administrator can terraform anywhere.
• Players with landscaping permissions can work on farm plots, bypassing restrictions around buildings.
• Players without permissions are restricted by the standard rules.
