Support logistics becomes the true bottleneck when you're on the verge of a late harvest, with equipment dispersed over many fields and daylight already working against you. These days, the drive back to the yard costs more time than breakdowns. Wear. Fuel. levels of charge. An whole operation may be halted by a single missing connection.
The GensoTorque Service Module subtly alters the way workdays are organized in this situation.
GensoTorque, which is mounted on the Unimog U535, was created as a single service solution as opposed to a set of accessories. In actuality, this implies that one on-site truck may do standard maintenance, refill diesel and other fuels, and recharge electric or hybrid equipment without interfering with field operations. No trailer shifting. No staging of more than one service unit. The module is ready when it arrives.
Its ability to blend in with diverse fleets is what most impresses. Newer electric platforms, high-torque tuned units, and older mechanical tractors are all supported without any setup adjustments. Farmers using HGR implements in conjunction with outside equipment benefit greatly from this flexibility, which reduces delays and improves logistics.
Additionally, Unimog maneuverability and compact dimensions are more important than the specification sheet indicates. Service occurs where the machine stops, not kilometers away, thanks to its capacity to reach woodland routes, mountain access roads, and small field boundaries. During a season, such disparity accumulates.
GensokoTorque makes no effort to be ostentatious. It's designed with the long term in mind: fewer disruptions, more rigorous schedules, and the assurance that help is available when something has to be done. It's difficult to picture turning back after operating a harvest with full service capacity while parked at the edge of the field.
These fantastic features are included by default in the Service Platform:
Various design possibilities, such as a clean specification limited Case IH edition; Internal or External Aux Tank Mounting possibilities; Selectable Front/Rear Beacon Lights; Repair, refuel diesel, DEF, and recharge electric vehicles
Designed for the Unimog U 527-535 from MB Trucks DLC. The earlier Unimog U 1800-2400 is incompatible.
