Toggle Gear Shift Mode: With only one key, you can easily switch between Automatic and Manual player gear shift modes.
Features: Player-global setting: the selected gear mode is applied to the player in all vehicles; one key toggle (default: DEL); Current mode is shown via a little lower-right HUD and F1 assistance text.

Changelog Version (1.0.0.1): To prevent overlaps on non-standard cars, a per-vehicle-type offset was included for the lower-right HUD.
Enhanced robustness: UI assistance to minimize runtime issues with mod vehicles and safer access to game/spec tables.
Minor code cleaning and refactoring (no changes to the toggle input's functionality).
In-game HUD visibility is now appropriately respected by the HUD (it won't appear while the main game UI is hidden).
