Engine Start Plus v 1.0.1

Too lazy to manually turn on the lights and engine?
If you are doing anything that needs power, this hack will start the engine. The engine won't stop when you get out of a car, unlike in the standard game.
It is also possible to program the lights to activate automatically when the engine starts.
You may (de)activate any feature since everyone in multiplayer mode need the same modifications.
