You may drive (or push about if you're role playing) the seven benches and seven shelves in this decorating pack, or you can just pick them up and put them wherever you choose.
There are alternatives for varying quantities of rubbish and for the stool on benches with one if you bring the shelf or bench to a workshop. You must utilize the vehicle menu in the main game menu in order to remove the items. Each seat and shelf's name begins with a Z, which means it appears at the bottom of the list of vehicles.
