This island in Northern Germany has been completely redesigned for FS25, keeping only the general road structure from the previous version. Here you will find picturesque fields, spacious meadows and two functional farms with the necessary buildings.

What is on the map:
19 fields and 6 meadows for growing crops and harvesting fodder
Two farms:
The first one is equipped with a barn, a greenhouse, a multi-functional silo, a silage pit and three sheds
The second includes two barns, a dwelling house, two sheds and three types of silos
Two distribution points for selling the harvest
A dairy plant for processing the produce
Ferry service - you can go to a neighboring island where there is a livestock trader
Changes and updates:
Fixed bugs with trees, roads and textures
Improved water animation - now waves appear when walking on it
Added German license plates and a sleep point on the first farm
Now you can buy the whole map and modify it as you like
