While maintaining the spirit of the previous edition, the map now has a contemporary appearance.
It consists of:
-42 mission-related fields
-142 farmlands: you may buy the whole map region.
-A variety of workspaces and recreational locations
-A farm with residences, storage structures, and sheds that only became operational after the property was purchased
-Sheep, chicks, and cows in animal pens
-Automotive store with workshop
-7 selling points for a variety of goods
Two petrol stations, a lime station, BGA, and fresh flora for painting
-100 horseshoes to gather

It is necessary to make the following modifications: Hagenstedt Houses (by DH Modding); Hagenstedt Husbandries (by DH Modding); Hagenstedt Sheds (by DH Modding); and Hagenstedt Storages (by DH Modding).
