For your map, use GDR license plates.Replace the Prefab.zip file after unzipping it and renaming it to the same folder as your map. Make the necessary changes to the paths in "licensePlates.xml" and "map.xml." Additionally, modify the path to the AI_LicensePlates.i3d in the map's traffic.xml file!
