incorporates interest computations to ensure that a farm's bank account accrues interest at the start of each month. On the finances screen, the interest is part of the "miscellaneous" subtotal. 1% APY is the default rate.
To regulate the interest rate, two new dev console commands have been added: `biSetInterestRate} – permits interest rate change. For example, setting the interest rate to the default would be done with `biSetInterestRate 0.01`.
