72×170 Shed RELEASE (PC Version ) ( Will submit a Console Version In the New Year for the Mod Hub)
Merry Christmas to everyone and their families, I hope everyone gets some family time and THANK YOU for everyone who supports me and follows my work, means a lot.

This Cold Storage has some neat little features, more design options which will be listed below. I built this shed back in 19 for a guy I played Mp with at the time. It can be found on Morton’s Website as I tried to be as close as possible to the real thing.
⚠️ This Cold Storage MUST BE USED with ThundR’s Design Kit which you can find here⚠️
Without ThundR this mod wouldn’t be what it is, so please show some support for him.
🔴New Snow mesh on the roof, light white dusting when lightly snowing.
🔴Inside Areas added so when your vehicle goes inside the shed the sound changes and echoes like your inside a building (neat touch by Giants)
🔴Has lots of individual colorable meshes, so you can really color this building how you want, and that’s all thanks to ThundR’s Design Kit Script.
🔴Outside Lights that light up automatically at night
🔴Seasons Ready
🔴Rain comes out of the downspouts just like my shop when it rains, will be on every one of my buildings to add a little more realism.
🔴Design configs on the building have you choosing full Concrete Floor or More of a gravel floor, also side window panel option and a Weather Vein option to have or not.
Highly Recommended Mods to use with this are place anywhere and Placeable Extended and any other TPF buildings😉

Changed out the Giant light trigger that was causing issues with moveable toolboxes, all light switches should have their own little triggers against the walls, will be like this on all my stuff going forward.

A list of further design alternatives will be provided below, along with some nifty minor characteristics of this cold storage. When I was 19, I constructed this hut for a man I was playing Mp with. Since I wanted to get as close to the genuine item as possible, you can find it on Morton's website.
It is essential that this cold storage be used with ThundR's Design Kit, which is available here.⚠️

🔴 The Giants constructed inner areas so that as your car enters the shed, the sound alters and reverberates as if you were inside a structure.Thanks to ThundR's Design Kit Script, this building has many distinct colorable meshes, allowing you to color it anyway you choose.
🔴 Automatic nighttime lighting outside 🔴 Seasons Ready
🔴To add a bit more realism, I'll have downspouts on each of my buildings that emit rain, much as my business does when it does.
🔴The building's design configurations allow you to choose whether to have a side window panel, a weather vein, a complete concrete floor, or more of a gravel floor.
Place anywhere and Placeable Extended, as well as any other TPF structures, are highly recommended mods to use with this. 😉
