John Deere US Pack v 1.0.2

I modified the John Deere 6R, 7R, and 8R basic game by adding some US-style wheels.
Simply put, it looks better than the double wheels in the standard game. The log is clean.

Broken textures were fixed in V1.0.0.1 after a recent patch.
Livery lighting is installed.
