Could make good money using the Devore Trees mod that turns the trees into woodchips. You can add needed productions/sellpoints and then just add the cost back using the dev console to add money if your worried about economy. Add Industrial Sawmill mod in convenient location(s) as the existing saw mill isn't much fun. Good map for TerraFarm a well.
