Fine-grained steel is used to make the ProfiLine FZ front loaders. Benefits include a lightweight and slender design, as well as high stability and torsional stiffness.
One piece of steel is used to bend the loader boom. The boom has built-in control rods. Under the boom, all hydraulic lines are freely accessible despite being fully shielded.
The front loader's performance strength is enormous, despite its modest weight. The tractor's lifetime is greatly increased by the less weight, which lessens the load on the front axle.
In order to circumvent the need of replacing the hose lines within the booms on a regular basis as mandated by DIN 20066, we use steel hydraulic pipes that are resistant to wear.
Z-Kinematics: Superior Performance and Visibility
The mechanical parallel guiding connection, which forms the basis of Z-kinematics, is located within the loader booms.
As a result, the driver can see well. Nothing blocks the view above the loader. Another benefit is that, thanks to carefully positioned mounting components, the front loader may be positioned closer to the driver's cab, lessening the pressure on the tractor.
There is no reduction in lifting strength. Z-kinematic front loaders feature even higher lifting and breakout pressures.

Z-kinematics and fine-grained steel provide a slim design. Go ahead and get behind the wheel—with a clean view! Observe the full field of automobile rooftops. The loader boom has a very slender shape since it is composed of lightweight fine-grained steel. All pipes and lines are also placed to avoid obstructing the driver's field of view. Z-kinematics has allowed the loader boom to house the mechanical parallel guiding linkage. Comfort-Drive's hydraulic accumulator is ideally positioned within a crossbar.
