Root crops pallet v 1.2

For machines and tools with a direct unload option, an optional fillabe pallet that adds missing root crops (default key I) is available.
It adds spinach, peas, and sugarbeets.
Mine root harvesters may utilize it.

removed the selling price and made a fresh pallet for every root crop rather than utilizing the in-game ones.
Although spawning one still costs nothing, it won't provide any revenue when sold.
Although it wasn't tested, it might clash with other modifications that alter fillabe pallets, particularly if they use scripts.
