This mod adds the ability to rent production points that are originally placed on the map.

Main features:
- Instead of the standard purchase screen, you can now choose between buying and renting.
- Terminating a lease is done in a similar way to the sell function. When you click on a building, a “Cancel Lease” button will be available instead of “Sell”.
- The function only works for buildings already placed on the map. It is not possible to build new buildings and rent them out.
