The FS22 Extended Owned Items mod has been enhanced and extended.
It makes sales more realistic by constantly adjusting the selling price of your owned cars and equipment.
What has changed in comparison to FS22?
1. Base price introduced: The selling price may not constantly rise or fall; it may even stay the same.
2. Time restriction: only from 8:00 to 18:00 can prices change.
3. Notification system: You will be notified if the selling price of a car or piece of equipment rises by more than 20%, suggesting that it could be time to sell.
How does it operate?
There are three possible selling prices: basic, profitable, and loss-making.
Loss: May be between -2% and -25%.
Profit: May be between +2% and +25%.
Hourly price updates are made within the allotted period.
The Real Vehicle Breakdowns mod is compatible with it.
Keep an eye on pricing and seize the greatest chances to sell!
