resolved the ground problem brought on by the 1.7 release
Fixed default equipment (if "no starting farm" is chosen, it no longer spawns)
fixed the missing shop workshop trigger.
modified the beginning fields so that the crops would be ready for harvest.
The visual upgrade is V1.0.0.2. To save your cars and equipment, just save your previous vehicles.xml file and import it into a new savegame.
Redesigned sellpoints
A few fences and structures collided.

Roadblock leading to the settlement was removed.

Dairy, spinnery, and sawmill were added to the map as productions (in village area).
