The mod adds a “No Trespassers Allowed” sign with a subsidy feature. You can choose from two levels of contracts:

Municipal subsidies: $48,000 or $480,000,000 per year.
State subsidies: $4,800,000 or $48,000,000 per year.
Subsidies only accrue when the weather is sunny. This sign not only protects your property from uninvited guests, but also serves as a standard state subsidy sign.
