All Productions in One v 2.1

For maps with structures already in situ or with limited area, a single placeable with all basic game productions is helpful.
It accepts both palletized and loose items.
With a little loss, I've introduced a woodchip production.
Little accelerated cycles from the little production points are used in all manufacturing.

Support for the Highlands and Fishing DLC was included in V2.1.0.0.
slope that was smoothed following installation.
V2.0.0.0 Split dumping zones; the tipping was hitting the bale and crates, which caused it to malfunction.
Icons were added to help identify the selling zones.
