Placement is free! You have the freedom to position buildings anywhere you choose.
Buildings may be placed on unowned ground with this mod, which is very helpful for maps with unbuyable portions of the land. To alter the map to your preference, use this mod.
Use care, however, since this mod lets you put structures in places the map author may not have planned, which might have unintended consequences.
Note: You are still not allowed to put structures in restricted locations (such as the store area) or purchase buildings on your farm without authorization.
