This mostly applies to modders. I recently converted a few of the old Alpine DLC textures, including some of the old terrain textures and Meadow, of course. In the XML, Meadow has lines for both the new and old cut textures.
There may be more developments soon.
Next time, I may be able to include a folder structure for non-modders as well, making it simple to swap out the grass and meadow textures.
