I just made a change to the warehouse so that pallets may be purchased at half price, loaded into a truck, and delivered to earn money. Pallets are purchased via the loading docks near the office entrance. They will spawn inside on the racks, and you may collect them in the middle room. The loading docks for the Manac trailer have been built up.
