The new bioplastic factory will help your farm become more sustainable.
Corn, potatoes, or sugar beets are processed to create premium bioplastic granules using sophisticated fermentation methods and enzymes.
This operation turns plant-based raw materials into biodegradable plastic granules using enzymes and water.
These may then be used in a variety of different products as environmentally friendly packaging.
Lines of production:
Line of Maize: 5 cycles per hour => 100 Maize + 50 Water + 10 Enzymes -> 50 Bioplastic / 5$h
Potato Line: 150 potatoes with 50 water and 10 enzymes -> 50 bioplastics in 5 hours
Line of Sugar Beets: 5 cycles per hour => 150 Sugarbeets + 50 Water + 10 Enzymes → 50 Bioplastic.
Type: Factories
Cost: $90,000.
Monthly maintenance: $250
Factory of Bio-Canning
Bioplastic granules are being used as an eco-friendly packaging substitute in the renovated traditional canning facility.
These days, any manufacturing line may use biodegradable materials, including eco-cans, jars, or containers, to make its products.
Lines of production:
10 cycles per hour for canned peas 100 Peas + 10 Bioplastic = 45 Ecocanned Peas in 2 hours
Green beans in jars: 10 cycles per hour Ecojarred Green Beans 45 / 2 hours => Greenbeans 100 + Bioplastic 10
10 cycles per hour for canned carrots. 100 carrots with 10 bioplastics equals 45/four hours of ecopreserved carrots.
10 cycles per hour for canned parsnips 100 + Bioplastic 10 → Ecopreserved Parsnips 45 / 4$h Beetroot 100 + Bioplastic 10 → Ecopreserved Beetroots – 10 cycles/h 45/4$h
Spinachbag—10 cycles per hour Ecospinachbag: Spinach 100 + Bioplastic 10 45/2 hours
Kimchi: 10 cycles per hour Bioplastic 10 + Napacabbage 20, Garlic 2, Springonions 2, Chilli 2 → ABBAGE ECOFERMENTED NAPAC 45/5 hours
Eggs 10 + Bioplastic 10 => Noodlesoup 10 cycles/h using Flour 55 or Riceflour 42 45/two hours/one hour of econoodle soup
Rice Box & Bag: 10 cycles per hour 100 longgrain rice or 100 rice with 10 bioplastics = 45 ecorice bags and #038 ecorice boxes in 2 hours
Type: Factories
Cost: $120,000
Upkeep: $300 per month
