This package includes the Grass i3d for all regular maps and all three cleaned-up Meadow versions. These files have been modified by me to stop causing the performance warning: Foliage LOD 1 mesh.
The crops that are grown are grass, MeadowAS, MeadowEU, and MeadowUS.
These need to be individually inserted to each map since they are simple XML and i3d files. The map and the paths.It could be necessary to modify i3d.
