In times of economic hardship, many small farmers are compelled to take part-time or even full-time occupations in order to finance their farms. With the help of this mod, you may find employment to supplement your income if agricultural labor is slowing down or prices are declining.
Support is provided for the majority of manufacturing buildings. Mod placeables and mod maps may not support all structures. The employment option will not appear if a production is not supported; if it is, an input button (Shift+Y) will be presented when the user is in range of the production or at the proper place, usually the player icon for the production.
Because of the way the mod operates, multiplayer is not supported.
Characteristics: Almost every production point, factory, selling station, and buying station on every map is its own unique company. Each company has its own characteristics that affect its salaries and its likelihood of firing, promoting, or giving you a raise. Companies will not hire you back after firing you. Your relationship with your employer can improve or deteriorate depending on your performance. Businesses: 8212; 22 distinct business types, with more to be added. Work: 35 distinct jobs, with more to be added; each job has its own salary, education/experience requirements, sub-promotions, and monthly working hour requirements; you will be paid by your employer at the end of each month according to the number of hours you worked; you will receive overtime pay for working beyond the requirements of your job; you can move up the ladder to get much better paying jobs with fewer hours, giving you more time to focus on farming while earning more money. Education: From high school to a doctorate, there are five different types of education. Each type requires you to study at home for a certain amount of time. Once you have studied enough, you can take an exam to reach the education level. Each exam is more challenging than the last; failing an exam will prevent you from taking it again for 24 hours. You can advance to the next education level to open up new jobs with significantly higher salaries. Work Part-Time: Some occupations enable you to work part-time, make little money with no conditions, and put in as many hours as you choose without worrying about losing your job. Experience: Acquire experience over time to open up new positions with higher pay and less hours.
