Was a fun challenge to make this mod and brings a unique twist to add to the game! It greatly increases loan interest rates relative to the base game, so managing finances is much more difficult. This was primarily developed for my dedicated server but I wanted to share it for players that want a little more challenge. So flexible credit limits are applied, but keep in mind that just like in life, banks aren't your best friends! It is possible to go well above the base game loan limit.

Known Bugs: Currently none. If you find some, drop me a line and I’ll see what I can do.

And naturally, there are future plans, an upcoming repossession feature (currently under testing). That could come as a standalone variant, as not all players might desire asset repossessions. They are also attempting to force the max loan to 0, though have made no progress as of yet.
