The purpose of this mod is to show the GPS track and minimap inside a car without using the HUD; it has no GPS capabilities.
The minimap may be shown statically or rotated around the user's current position. The map may be zoomed in to make it easier to see minor features.
You may begin using it immediately using vehicles that are already accessible since the mod adds the map to the base game's current vehicles. RealGPS may also be used by mod cars that are ready. The Readme.pdf in the mod directory contains an integration guide.
The following key bindings are used to control the functions:
-Activate/deactivate the settings mode: Shift right key + L - Rotation mode switch: Y key
Left Ctrl key + Page Up/Page Down - Zoom - Choose the next map: End key (accessible only if the car has more than one map)
Please be aware that only when settings mode is activated can you adjust the zoom and rotation modes. This prevents unintentional settings changes while working.
