Two new tools are added to the build menu by this patch.
1.) The build menu allows you to deactivate camera collision. This enables the placement of structures and items into other structures in "free mode."
2.) You may now use the construction menu in dark buildings or at night if you require light. To properly position structures or objects, you may use a button to switch the light on and off.
