One of the most effective methods for refueling a sprayer and mixing chemicals is the Phiber Dash system. Because the Dash automates chemical mixing and cleaning, there is less chance of human mistake, filling a sprayer takes less time, and sprayer efficiency is increased overall. The Dash includes two pumps: a 40 GPM air-diaphragm pump for agitating dry goods and auto-rinsing, and a high-volume water pump with a 13 HP motor rated at 430 GPM. Operators may load many items ahead of a new sprayer load while preserving chemical separation thanks to separate inductors. The fill and rinse procedure may be managed from a single, ground-level position next to the trailer once the chemicals have been placed into their appropriate inductors and the sprayer has been connected. By turning on the control handle for the appropriate inductor, chemicals may be supplied to the sprayer one at a time. Two valves open when the control handle is turned on. Chemicals are suctioned into the main water stream via an open valve at the bottom of the inductor. The inductor is simultaneously rinsed and unloaded when a second valve opens to operate the inductor rinse head. With a rinse cycle that guarantees full chemical delivery and the removal of chemical residue accumulation, each inductor may empty in around 15 seconds.
