The Vogelsberger is a historic property located in the northern part of Germany's Hesse federal state. I discovered it in an old German agricultural book. It was constructed between 1870 and 1920 and has endured several changes.
The farm underwent several renovations and the structures inside were expanded to make it modern. It still has its ancient charm, nevertheless.
The farm is designed to resemble a tiny farm of the 1990s, as shown here. There are five buildings in the pack:
1. The farmhouse: You may sleep here.
The barn to the left houses chickens. Naturally, they may also exit via a hatch to take in the fresh air.
Purchase price: €50,000
Daily upkeep 30 euros per day
The capacity is 30 chickens. Feeding trough: Pallets of eggs are seen in the building's little shelter on the left side.
2. The little shed: This is the farm's oldest structure.
Both the first level and the higher floors may be utilized to store small HD bales. Larger pallets or bales may, of course, also be stored there, although doing so might result in visual problems.
But because of its size, there isn't much room. As is the building's drive-through size. Additionally, it should be stated that this is an extremely ancient copy of the book in question. (about three centuries after the original)
The purchase price is €19,000.
Maintenance costs 10 euros per day.
It is also possible to customize a second version that is scaled to 130%.
I resized it so that the farming simulator could make greater use of it.
3. The little sheepfold

4. The little pigsty
The purchase price is €16,000.
