This is the "3 Stars" workshop. You may store your cars, crops, or workshop space. Even on the building's driveway, you may do equipment maintenance.
There are two enormous hydraulic doors, two roller doors on the side, and two man doors. There are also automatic lighting outside and manual lights inside. There are storage shelves. You may select between the Canadian or American flag.
