Greetings from The Pichonnière Valley, a map based on a genuine farm in the Sarthe department, just a few kilometers from the famed 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack.
The main farm, the animal barns, and the dealer's store have all been meticulously reconstructed with permission from Julien, a dairy cow farmer, to provide you with a unique immersive experience.
Start your game wherever you choose: on a buildable plot to establish your own unique farm, at one of the new farms that may be purchased, or at the main dairy farm.
The map shows the following: 111 arable fields (grasslands or crops); 7 forestry plots; multiple buildable areas; 1 main dairy farm; 1 arable farm; 3 small farms to develop; 1 vegetable farm; 1 pig farm; 1 dealership; numerous production zones, including dairy, sugar factory, carpentry workshop, sawmill, soup factory, flour mill, oil mill, cement factory, fertilizer and herbicide production; 1 fish farming and processing site; 1 livestock market; 1 railway silo for crop sales; 1 rail-based selling point for wood

Add new, lucrative, and adaptable crops to your farm:
Mustard: condiment production; Rye, triticale, and spelt: excellent grain value or traditional flour for the Champ Gué bakery; Triticale: pig feed production; Straw from ancient grains can be processed; Vetch-rye and green rye: dry forage, bale or bunker silage, or use as green manure; Alfalfa and clover: hay, silage bales, or silage supplement; Green-harvested silage maize: high-yield animal feed.
With the exception of potatoes, the map landscape has been created to provide realistic height and is best suited for fieldwork from various perspectives.
